Saltwater mornings & a song from the boat
New music, quiet thoughts, and a reminder of what matters
I’ve been in Florida this week.

Every morning I’ve walked down to the Gulf and dipped into the saltwater. Every night I’ve done the same. I’ve spent time on the boat with my family, floated through the mangroves, watched the sun melt into the water like it’s been doing long before any of us were here.
Something about being here pulls me out of the grind.

In my normal day-to-day, I’m in meetings, building funnels, chasing sales goals, strategizing releases, thinking 10 steps ahead. But here… I slow down. I remember how much I love making music just for the sake of it. I remember what it feels like to be present instead of productive.

This week, between boat rides and beach walks, I ended up writing two new songs. One of them I’ve uploaded into the Playback Room on Patreon. It’s raw, brand new — still smells like saltwater and fresh air — but there’s something honest in it I wanted to share while it’s still close to the surface.
Florida always reminds me of what matters. It also makes me a little more restless with the life I’ve built — or maybe just the pace I sometimes let it run at.

Anyway, I hope you’re finding a moment to breathe this weekend. I’ll be back next Sunday with another letter. Until then, thanks for being here. It means more than you probably realize.

Playback Room: 🌅 Sunset Drive - new song
a brand new bounce I made this weekend in Naples, Florida. No lyrics yet—just synths, a beat, and a melody that feels like driving the coast with someone you love. Light, playful, and full of that golden hour magic.
Glass Room: 🎥 Back Nine | Song Film
a short visual story stitched together from studio life and quiet moments on the road. It's not just a video—it’s a little glimpse into the world around the song.
What’s My Patreon Membership?
It’s a private membership space where I share the real stuff—the unfinished songs, the behind-the-scenes videos, the raw voice memos, the personal stories that don’t make it to Instagram or Spotify.
There are two tiers:
🎧 The Playback Room – where you’ll hear early demos, unreleased tracks, and get a first listen to what’s coming next.
🎥 The Glassroom – includes everything from the Playback Room plus exclusive short films, studio diaries, and deeper video content.
Your membership directly funds my music. It helps me stay independent, keep making, and release art without waiting on gatekeepers. And beyond that—it means the world to know someone’s listening on the other side.
If you believe in what I’m building, I’d love to have you inside.
🎵 Music Discography
Here are the latest songs from the world I'm building—each song a snapshot in time, a little postcard from the soul.
Back Nine – A pop song about golf and heartbreak. Wistful, smooth, and quietly aching—like replaying a love that slipped away on the back nine of your memory.
All I Needed Was Your Love – Warm, open-hearted, and cinematic. This one sounds like the closing scene of a summer romance movie, where everything finally makes sense.
Letters from Skye – Inspired by the windswept cliffs of Scotland, it’s a song for old souls and long-distance hearts—part folk, part film score, part love letter.
You can stream them all now on Spotify, Apple Music, or anywhere you listen.
